anyway, in late november i was wondering about what to get my friend for her birthday (which is in early january) and after thinking long & hard i thought, why not get her tickets to see her favourite band? So after being a sneaky weasel and contacting her family, we booked little mix tickets for Feb 3rd 2013!
When i bought them, i wasn't too impressed with Little Mix. I have *never* been a fan of The X Factor and therefore, i missed out on their performances and the girls themselves however, i thought i'd have a listen to their album and im not even kidding, after a week of just listening to the album, i'd fallen in love.
From songs like "Change your life" which include the most heart-felt lyrics to songs like "Red Planet" that you cant help but have a dance too, the album is fantastic, diverse & defiantly a must-have.
Their performance as well, was fantastic. I've only ever been to rock concerts so going to a stage where the mean age demographic was 7-13 was certainly a new experience ;D but Little Mix themselves sung great, they put so much energy into it aswell (which a lot of bands i've seen fail to do)
Overall, it was certainly a great night, not only did we see Little Mix but we also went shopping and had a bite to eat at a gorgeous restaurant. Would 100% recommend Little Mix to anyone.
